Building for the Future (B4F) is an independent construction consultancy company who assists and advises clients in sustainable construction of new projects and renovation of buildings.

B4F has developed expertise in the definition of needs and performances (program of requirements), in the organization of architectural competitions and environmental certifications (BREEAM).

B4F was responsible for the certification of following projects:

  • New headquarters of the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg (72.500 m²), first BREEAM certified project in continental Europe, which has been granted the top ranking “Excellent”, at the post-construction assessment.
  • Buildings Access and Bridge (Atlantis project, 25.000 m²– Codic Group) - first to achieve a BREEAM certification in Belgium, which has been granted “Very Good”, at the design assessment.
